PRE-QUALIFICATION & ACCEPTANCE
We pre-qualify all candidates who apply to our programs with background checks, drug screenings, education, certification and work experience verification, saving you time, money and aggravation.
Our Vocational Training Program assessments follow the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and the National Skills Standards and are recognized by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) nationally.
We institute a European-Style Training Model which combines academic online training and on the job paid practical training. This allows students to receive REAL LIFE hands on training and experience and ensures the successful certification of all participants. Vocational training lays a foundation for crucial basic knowledge and skills needed in the building & construction industry.
Our state of the art, comprehensive “WINNING EDGE WORK ESSENTIAL & LIFE SKILLS TRAINING” is the solution and crucial foundation for employers seeking to build an effective, more productive and efficient workforce.
We integrate a unique combination of new and existing programs to include the crucial foundation of intensive Cognitive Behavior Training (CBT) to teach participants important life / soft skills much needed in today’s society, not just the workplace.
OUR INSTRUCTORS
Our Instructors / Career Coaches teaching vocational training are certified and must complete our training course in order to teach our program. They must possess journey-level skills in the trades (usually 5 years of experience), a passion for the industry and a commitment to sharing their craft.

Students who graduate from our vocational training program enter the job market with an industry-recognized, portable, vocational training credential that is accepted by the Department of Labor (DOL) and qualifies them for Employment in the U.S. Building Industry nationally.
We take pride in our career placement and retention rates of our graduates over the last 2 years. Our placement rate is 100% and our retention rate is averaging around 92%.
