Additionally, we are a very unique employment agency. We service several industries but specialize in staffing and recruiting for the building, construction, and manufacturing industries. Our model is very different from standard employment agencies.
We don’t just match candidates with employers, we create the next generation of skilled trade professionals for employers through education, training, vocational training, and on-the-job training programs with local, regional and national employers who have a high demand for skilled trade professional in all types of industries.

Our state of the art, comprehensive model provides a solid alternative for participants in job seeking and hiring processes. The platform we have created integrates new and existing programs to include the crucial foundation of intensive Cognitive Behavior Training (CBT), nationally certified academic and practical on the job training through vocational training, on-the-job training, and career placements with motivated employers seeking certified skilled trade professionals. This combination is making an immediate and significant impact on participants, employers and the community by reducing unemployment and the rate of recidivism dramatically.
Our programs are recognized and certified through the DOL (Department of Labor) and THE NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) nationally.

Our partnership with The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association (HBA) members in the areas we serve, allows us to train and certify tomorrow’s tradesmen and has led to the creation of new programs designed to specifically support business owners in the building and construction industry.

Second Chance Jobs Center is a licensed post-secondary institution approved by the Commission of Higher Education, ensuring that our employer partners have access to the information and technical assistance needed to create demand-driven licensed training programs.
CCSD & BCSD Career & Technology Education Programs of Study align themselves with employer demand locally to provide seamless pathways for all students to become “Future Ready” for College and Careers.
Our partnerships with CCSD & BCSD allows us to educate and inform career bound students about the benefits of a path in the high demand and high paying skilled labor trades / professions.
