Whether in a traditional classroom setting or from the comfort of your home, students can complete the academic coursework of our training programs.
Our state of the art Learning Management System (LMS) allows our students and career coaches to access our training portal anywhere and anytime as long as they have a computer and internet / Wi-Fi connection.
Before students are placed with an employer partner they must complete the academic coursework which teaches the crucial foundational skills employers demand when working in the manufacturing industry.

Our career coaches hold a minimum of 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry and are certified by SCJC to teach our programs.
Career coaches track the progress of each student from start to finish. Students must achieve a score of no less than 80% across the board in order to achieve certification and graduate.
Upon completion of the academic coursework of our programs, students are placed with manufacturing employer partners and begin their paid on the job training (Pay varies per location and manufacturer). Our career coaches work closely with our manufacturing partners and communicate with project managers, foremen and team leaders weekly to ensure students complete all tasks, assignments and assessments in conjunction with day to day business / projects. Students continue their academic coursework but also verify all practical assessments and tasks through our state of the art integrated app which are verified and confirmed by our career coaches to ensure all meets our standards for certification.
Upon successful completion all academic course work, exams, our winning edge work essential & life skills training and the on the job training with manufacturers, students graduate with certifications that are nationally recognized by the Department of Labor, the Commission of Higher Education, and the Manufacturing Industry. They are now certified with foundational skills and eligible to work as qualified production or logistics technicians in the manufacturing industry.
