- Our coaches, case managers & employment teams work with each veteran to create individual success plans that include support to overcome barriers to employment.
- We leverage our extensive partner resources to provide support in housing, transportation, mental & physical health, training & employment services.
- Our coaches work with veterans to create employment goals that take into consideration their interest, previous experience and training and creates an individualized success plan.
- Our program resources and team assist veterans in HVRP for 1-866-724-2623 months.
- We provide career training, coaching & connect our participants to local employers.
